Document Holders & Desk Slopes
The problems relating to viewing papers flat on the desk, whilst trying to look at a monitor can be very debilitating. Neck, shoulder, arm problems can all be associated with having to look down to papers positioned off to the side of your work area.
I am very happy with the range of document holders that we stock. We have a comprehensive range that should suit most users. Desk Slopes Tilting Writing Systems
As any student or office worker can understand, sitting and writing on a flat surface for extended periods causes a lot of strain on the upper and middle spine areas. The natural direction of the spinal curves are compromised because of the prolonged time that you are looking down at the horizontal desk surface and muscles trying to maintain those curves are strained. Results include headache, neck pain and potential arm symptoms including pins and needles and numbness in the fingers.
Therapod Orthotilt
